I did exactly the same thing as JayP on Oct 12 2005
setup VTI.ZIP on windows XP pro, downloaded the TI83-plus rom (512kb) ... I
did select the skin (Jayp appears to have omitted that) but when I run vti.exe I
get a transitory message (loading rom) and face the skin.  Nothing on the skin
is clickable... no keyboard keys appear to do anything.  Right click the skin
(anywhere) gives menu Send File to VTI...Exit without saving state.  When I try
the debug option I see we are stuck on an "in a,($02); and $02; jr z,$0ab7"
loop.  This is not useful at all.
