Subject:   Singapore math

I attended a fabulous session at the NCTM convention in St. Louis on Singapore
math.  I was fascinated by their approaches to word problems.  I would like to
order some of their texts, but there are so many that I can't figure out what
would be best.  I am a secondary teacher, but I want to order books k-12, so I
need suggestions from anyone across all grades.  I know that books aren't
"tools"--or are they?
