Another option, which makes the activity more kinesthetic and student driven, is
to use the CBR (Computer Based Ranger) motion detector connected to the TI-83
graphing calculator. Students can walk toward and away from the probe at
different rates and can see the associated results in the graph and table.
Has anyone tried this?
