Do you know of a tool that would allow the

Google SketchUp Free has a polygon tool and a rotate tool that you can use to
build a net and then fold it. The software is free and can be downloaded from
www.sketchup.com. It has great tutorials and is easy to use. If there is
interest I'd be glad to make a demo movie of how to make and fold a net.
