Do you mean Euclidean constructions? You can do those with Geometer's Sketchpad.

by Key Press has some good ones, including duplicating an angle or a segment.

If you don't have GSP, there is free GeoGebra which I found about from
MathTools. http://www.geogebra.at/
 Just using the SMART board is a little difficult for constructions, since the
circle tool is not really a circle. I tried using a string for the radius with
one of the e-markers, but when my hand touches the board it writes too.
Anyone else?
