One of the best resources I found for symmetry is on a UK site:

You must scroll almost to the bottom to find "Symmetry".  It is a shockwave
activity.  If you know how to download and save to your gallery, you can put
this right into your gallery files.  If not, you can just open it from the
website.  Have fun!
