The KeyPress texts are superb, but the math teachers I know reject them because
they have too many words!

If you want problems that build upon previous problems, try ALEKS.com.  This
works well as a supplement.  A 3 hour student trial is available repeatedly.  I
use it as an entry assessment and exit assessment.  Great stuff.  Chemistry too!
