If you are looking to create interactive algebra assignments for your students
then here is a good software package. It's Free for use in schools and
universities. You create an assignment using the authoring tool then save it.
Your students then use the student tool  (also free) to open and attempt your
assignment.

Proper math symbols are used and the interface is "WYSIWYG"
