You may want to look at http://www.hippocampus.org/ which includes a free online
Algebra course.  Within the course are lessons, practice problems, some virtual
manipulatives, etc.  The site also has online courses for numerous other
subjects, Calculus, Statistics, American Govt. Biology, Environmental Science,
Physics, Religion and US History.
