DEFINITION OF FAILURE FUNCTION (Polynomial)
Let phi(x) be a polynomial in x ( x belongs to Z).
Let the definition of a failure be a composite number.
Then x = psi(x_o) = x_o + k.phi(x_o), where x_o is a
specific value of x and k belongs to N, is a failure
function since x = psi(x_o) yields values of x
such that phi(x) generates only failures (composites).
