If you choose to look at Project Based Learning as Problem Based Learning, then
all of the resources mentioned are good places to start.  However, the
instructional component and how you implement the resource is as much or even
more important than the resource itself.  I would suggest that you look at the
work of John Van de Walle as well as the book Adding It Up by the National
Research Council for strategies in how to create a learning environment through
the resource.
