I'm not sure if this will meet your needs as it doesn't mirror the  keypad
set-up of the TI graphing calculator, but geogebra.org is a free online
graphing simulator program that you can use with your students.  I like this
program because it has the drag-drop functionality of the TI-nSpire.]
