Letting students just play around with the tool is a good way to get them
exploring positive and negative slope.  They can also explore ideas relating to
distance, rate, and time.  Once they are comfortable with the software they get
a nice visual on concepts that can be difficult to teach some students
especially those with learning disabilities.
