The new versiion of Sketchpad (V 4) action button--animate
shows the following:
Point #3 counterclockwise around Circle #1 at _____ speed
Point #2 randomly on the plane at _____ speed
Point #1 randomly on the plane at _____ speed

To "fix" this so that the triangle rotates around the circle and does not travel
all over the plane do the following:
1) highlight: Point #2 randomly on the plane at _____ speed
2) click on the speed button and select other
3) change the speed to 0
4) repeat for point #1
5) the triangle will now rotate around the circle!
