I found this applet to be useful since the visualisation plays an important
role in solving the optimization problems. I like the fact that there are 5
problems to be solved (I could see just 4 of them, but...), not just 1 as in
most of the other tools.
For problem 1 it would nice to have the area illustrated also as a parabolic
function ( A=x^2+Px/2)
so that the students be able to see that the maximum area is attained when the
parabola is at its maximum height or exactly when the parabola has a 0
derivative.
