The BBC tool looks interesting, but don't overlook QuickMathFacts in the
MathTools catalog (see website at www.quickreckoning.com/qmf.htm ).  Second
graders should have already mastered addition facts and 4th graders should know
all the multiplication facts.  Our tool efficiently teaches the facts and shows
children their own progress charts as they keep on trying to beat their own
score, memorizing the facts by repetition in the process.
