We are sorry to hear that keys have not reached customers. This is beyond our
control.
Customers who did not receive our emails use SPAM Filters or similar email
protection tools preventing proper email communication.
If you know you do or are not sure you do: Kindly provide your phone number so
we can provide the key via phone.
Repeated emails will not help as long as spam filters are not changed.
FYI: Keys are emailed immediately (automatically) after the Paypal check out.
