If you are looking for a hyperbolic parabaloid (saddle shape), look in the snack
food aisle in the grocery store for a Pringle's Snack Box.  They have designed a
plastic reusable container to match the shape of their chips for packing small
portions in lunches.   You can also pass out actual chips for an edible example
of the shape.  This works great as a motivational demonstration of the shape in
a classroom for all ages.
