couple that I have used:
1. COMAP ( www.comap.com ) offers several teaching modules, many of which have
software components--voting method software, the "cake cutting" problem, among
others (from their High School products site, search for "himap" and "geomap"
for a start).
2. The textbook "The Heart of Mathematics" (authors Burger and Starbird,
published by Key College Press) has an accompanying CD and website with several
applets appropriate for discrete math stuff--the web site is
