I found the link you mentioned inoperable... I could get to the UBC site, but
not the MA100 pages you described.  This is a potential problem for any
electronic catalog (such as this Math Tools collection), unless archive copies
can be kept.  But then you start talking big $$$, which leads to user fees,
which automatically limits exposure...
