concept, ask her what creative ways she can use instead of repetition. Say you
like that she sets a high standard for the kids but you would like learning to
be more fun so kids are more likely to want to do it.
Ask her if she could substitute the worksheets she uses with ones created by the
kids using the same problems. For instance, if she give a team of 3 kids a
worksheet. They can add funny names and situations to the problems and recreate
them. Then she can type out those sheets ( the work that this will involve for
her will make her less likely to do it) and use them.
