Dear all

I am a student of computation department and aiming to develop the drill and
exercise web based math program for secondary school pupils as my
dissertation.
My work will be a multimadiated application containing graphics as a model
solution or etc.

Here is a question I would like to ask.
I was wondering what the best tool is for generating graphics.
Is that Flash, java applet or javascript?
If anybody has any recommendations, I will appreciate.
If the recommendations have certain referrences, it will be more helpful.
