I liked the simple principles that this tool illustrates, but thought that in
the application both the idea and the interaction could be smoother if instead
of choosing the location of a block to determine which slot the block has been
placed in the mouse location within the dragged block or a proportional
comparison of which slot the block was most.  This way precise alignments that
are not pertinent to the concept are not required and frustrating near misses
are avoided.  Hope this helps and if aid is needed in the specific ways to apply
these methods is needed ask and I will research it.
