The software was released in September 2008. It's called Brain Power Math. It's
still in beta and free.

You can check it out here:

It probably won't be developed past beta for the foreseeable future. However, it
will be available in it's current version for free.

It's definitely worth checking out if you want to create your own interactive
drill and practice assignments.
