I think to encourage contributions to the forum you should have us, its
enthusiasts, spread the word.
Everything else you do is so fantastic, that I think people just have to find
this place and they will return repeatedly for new ideas.

You could also advertise, but, since the math community is a tightly knit one,
it works like a small town, where word of mouth is just as good, if not better,
than advertising.
