Description: Simulation of a probability problem: four pairs of socks of four different colors are run through a dryer, which eats four socks at random every time. Activities ask students to estimate the probabilities of 0, 1, or 2 pairs of socks of the same color remaining. Students then simulate the problem, running the socks through the dryer and counting the number of remaining matching pairs.
