Description: The three applets on this page are: One-to one or Not?, Graphs of Inverse Functions, and Inverse Functions. The first one allows students to decide if a function is one-to-one, and if not, it shows a green line to illustrate why. The second applet shows the graph of the inverse of a function being graphed as a reflection over the line y = x. The third gives a function with its graph, and the graph of the inverse, then asks students to produce the inverse of the function algebraically. Some of these are very difficult. There is a Help button to use to view a specific information about the graph.

beckyann Comment: I think the applets for this resource were great, but I think the resource should have allowed the student to discover the relationship that a function's reflection across y=x is its inverse. Otherwise I found it very well done.
