| Description: |
With this applet, students can investigate the probabilities of catching different amounts of raindrops using differently-sized and -placed buckets. This investigation helps give students a sense of the "law of large numbers" in probability situations, and encourages to use their fraction knowledge to predict the number of raindrops that will fall into different size buckets. |
