| Description: | The purpose of this lesson is to learn very simple methods to construct fractals, to do and practice some math, to appreciate the beauty of fractals, and finally to have fun with math. The lesson includes several Java applets for hands-on construction and interaction with simple fractals. NOTE: Jill Britton discovered that a zipped version of this lesson with accompanying applets by Jacobo Bulaevsky had been stored on-line in 2006. She was able to download it using web archive, reconstruct it, and now provides access through her College's server. |
