WandaB Comment: This is one my favorite Mathtools. Students are able to visualize and solve equations. It reinforces the concept of balancing the equation by showing work on both sides. khurley Comment: This is a great tool to use with students just learning to solve equations with a variable on both sides. I would encourage for lower level students to pair up and work the problems that way they can talk about them with a buddy as they solve them. alicegop Comment: This is awesome! The only downside is it doesn't do negatives. Allows students to see visually how an equation must be equal. Becky444 Comment: Great tool for helping students visualize what they need to do when solving an equation.
