Description: Integer bars are similar to "Cuisenaire Rods." This applet offers various ways of manipulating virtual integer bars on screen. Its associated lesson contains material to introduce many basic mathematical concepts, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, charts and algebra. You may want to select the topics to be covered depending on the grade level of your students.
