Description: This applet graphs a parametric surface defined in cylindrical coordinates. Enter parametric formulas for the theta, r, and z, and the grapher draws the corresponding surface in 3D. The user can then rotate the surface in real time, and change its opacity. An older version of the grapher includes a few interesting practice problems.
