The possibilities are then:

The ^^'s mean that the number is divisible by 3, and
the **'s are for even numbers that aren't multiples 
of 3.

That narrows the numbers down to:

53 55 59 61.

53, 59, and 61 are primes, so they can not be 
multiples of two
primes.

Thus, the answer must be 55.
