We ask that you complete the Online Registration Form and mail your request on school letterhead to the attention of Problems of the Week Staff at:

As soon as we create your account, you will receive an email message containing a user name, password, and URL for an office page. We ask that you do not share this information with anyone. Other teachers at your school should request their own accounts.
