Meeting FacilitiesAll NCSM Annual Conference activities and events will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C. On-Site Registration and Check-InConference Material Distribution. All conference materials, including conference name badge, bags, programs and tickets will be distributed on site. Advance Registration Check-In. If you pre-registered, bring your registration confirmation letter to pick up your conference name badge and tickets at the Registration Booths in the Washington Convention Center on Sunday, April 19, 2009, 4:00pm - 7:00pm. On-Site Registration and Check-In.
Receptions and Meal FunctionsThere is no charge for sponsored functions: Monday's Box Lunch; Tuesday's Breakfast, Luncheon, or Reception; or Wednesday's Breakfast or Luncheon. This year, you will need to sign up for the events you want to attend. Tickets for the functions will be handed to you on site when you check-in or register, while supplies last. The number of tickets for each event is limited. If you receive a ticket to a function that you decide not to use, please return it to the on-site Registration Desk as early as possible prior to the function. Guest tickets are not available at any time. Only those who are fully registered for the conference are eligible to receive the free tickets for the sponsored events. SessionsLocation. All sessions are held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, D.C. First-Come, First-Seated. Seating at all sessions is on a first-arrive, first-seated basis, so be sure to have alternate sessions in mind for all time slots. Note, because of fire codes, no one will be allowed to remain in a session unless a seat is available. Updates. Information on our Web site will be updated as new information becomes available. Session times and locations will be posted by the end of the year. A program book, including the most current session descriptions, will be distributed to attendees on site at check-in and registration. Sponsor Display AreaThe Sponsor Display Area has become an integral part of the educational services NCSM provides members. Conference attendees can examine current resources, explore trends and practices, review products and services, and engage in discussion with representatives from NCSM's elite sponsor partners. Be sure to make time in your schedule to visit the NCSM Sponsor Display Area. Wear your badge to gain entrance.
