Registration

Advanced Registration

Advance registration closes with forms received by March 25, 2009. Registrations MUST be received no later than March 25 to allow time for processing.

Conference Registration Process

Register Online. Click here to register on-line.

Please be sure to click the "Submit" button only once when using your credit card to pay for your registration/membership.
Clicking the "Submit" button more than once will cause duplicate charges to your credit card.

Register by Mail. Complete the printable form and return it to NCSM, 6000 E EVANS AVE #3-205, DENVER CO 80222. You may use a check or money order payable to NCSM (in U.S. funds) or credit card (Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues.).

Register by Fax. Complete the printable form, include credit card information, and fax it to (303) 758-9616. Faxed registrations must use credit card payments (Purchase orders are NOT accepted for registration or dues.).

Conference Registration Confirmation

A confirmation will be mailed prior to the conference if you register before March 25, 2009. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Registration becomes effective only when payment is received. If you have not received your registration confirmation by April 10, 2009, see Questions or Concerns.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsor partners supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Please note, registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Pre-sessions, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions. Be sure to arrange for these events separately through NCTM.

One-Day Registration. A one-day registration fee is available this year. You may register for Monday only, Tuesday only, or Wednesday only.

Late Registration. Late registration must take place on site. Any registration received by email or fax after March 25, 2009 or postmarked after March 25, 2009 will be assessed the late registration fee, which will be collected on site.

Purchase Orders. Please note, purchase orders are not accepted for registration or dues payments.

Payment Options. Payment for registration or dues may be made by check, cash, MasterCard, or Visa.

Conference Function Tickets

Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. Tickets to each function are limited and are not guaranteed to all who register in advance.

If you receive a ticket to a function that you decide not to use, please return it to the on-site Registration Desk as early as possible prior to the function.

Cancellations

Notify NCSM Member and Conference Services at (303) 758-9611 immediately if you must cancel your conference registration. Cancellations called, faxed, or e-mailed in and/or postmarked March 25, 2009 or prior, will be eligible for a registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled and membership dues are not refunded.

On Site Registration and Check-In

Conference Material Distribution. All conference materials, including conference name badge, bags, program book, and tickets will be distributed on site.

Advance Registration Check-In. If you pre-registered, bring your registration confirmation letter to pick up your conference materials at the registration booths in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Sunday, April 19, 2009, 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

Membership Information

Membership Renewal. Membership can be renewed along with conference registration. If your NCSM membership expires before April 30, 2009 you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate. You can check your membership status by viewing your profile online or by viewing Questions or Concerns.

Nonmembers. Nonmembers may join NCSM by filling out the membership form . When you send your membership form with the conference registration form you will qualify to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
