NCSM opened a new Member and Conference Services office in Denver, Colorado on November 1, 2006.

Mo Nelson guided the transition with the same tireless energy, expertise, and proficiency that characterized her 16 years of service to NCSM as the Member and Conference Services Coordinator. NCSM sends best wishes to Mo in her new endeavors and thanks her for leaving behind a tradition of sterling member and conference services.

NCSM's commitment to providing superior service to NCSM members remains ardent. NCSM's new partner is Association, Conferences and Exhibition Management, Inc. (ACE). ACE is an organization driven to enhance associations like NCSM by providing high-level customer service with expertise, knowledge, respect, and integrity. Dorothy Shadrick (president), Tori York, Danette Garlock, and Nikki Volk are happy to provide excellent service to you and are a tremendous resource to NCSM.
