Message from the Director: I believe in the mission and vision of NCSM as the primary organization devoted to creating and enhancing leadership skills. NCSM is leading all other national organizations with the outstanding leadership standards currently in development. My goal is to help students learn mathematics regardless of what level I have been teaching. I have taught mathematics from kindergarten through college graduate classes. Everyday I have the opportunity to teach both content and pedagogy. When I work with mathematics candidates and in-service teachers, I am able to speak from current and relevant experiences in the classroom. I believe I understand the challenges facing educators at all levels. I have provided in-service training and learned from those teachers for over 25 years.
