All votes for the 2009 Election have been collected. Thanks for casting your vote.

Polls Closed October 15, 2008 at midnight PST.

Results of the 2009 NCSM election will be posted on the NCSM Web Site by the beginning of December. Look for details in the NCSM spring Newsletter. New Board members will be inducted at the NCSM Annual Conference in Washington, DC, April 20-22, 2009.

Voter Eligibility

Make sure that you are eligible to vote in the election. A notification of election postcard will be mailed to members in good standing as of August 15, 2008. It is very important to keep your membership current!

Voting Deadlines

Voting for the 2009 NCSM election will open on September 15, 2008 and close on October 15, 2008.

Have your postcard handy (Lost or misplaced your card? Call NCSM Member and Conference Services Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MT at (303) 758-9611 or email )
Review the candidate statements for each of the open positions by clicking on the links at the top of the page
When you're ready to vote, click on the "Vote on-line here" link at the top of the page
Click on the appropriate region in which you live or "none of the above" to access the online ballot
Vote once for the candidates of your choice
Type in the numeric code from your postcard in the verification box
Review your selections.
If you are finished with your ballot, click the "submit" button once. (if not, make changes or click on "clear" button and cast your votes again.)
