Visualizing Functions Summary

Monday - Friday, July 11 - 15, 2011

Monday: We started the week working on our projects and then gave an update of our progress. The Rubric Group shared their draft and then the whole group reviewed it and gave feedback. The Video Group shared a video they made showing a virus spreading and where their project was headed. The Professional Development Group shared a draft of their progress and that their next step was to look at textbooks for problems along with developing their own. The Threading Group pulled out all of the standards up through high school and are now looking at all the other areas in the high school standards to pull out the function standards that are related to functions and modeling.

The rest of the week was spent working on the projects and reading and giving feedback to the groups.
