    Announcing. . . T^3 Geometry Institute. DATE: June 19-23, 1995. Location: Marple Newtown High School. Hosted by Radnor, Marple Newtown & Wallingford Swarthmore School Districts. The 'GEO' Institute is designed for teachers of high school geometry who are interested in incorporating dynamic geometry software into that curriculum. GEO is one of the new-for-1995 Demana/Waits summer institutes for mathematics teachers. Cabri Geometry II will be used.

    1995 Summer Institute Research & Training in Computation, Visualization & Mathematics for Undergraduates, June 13-August 18, 1995. The National Science & Technology Research Center for Computation & Visualization of Geometric Structures at the University of Minnesota. The Geometry Center will offer a unique summer program for undergraduate students who have a strong and demonstrated interest in mathematics, visualization and computing and would enjoy working in an intense environment with other students and researchers.

  8. Park City IAS Summer Institute (1995) (Robt Bryant) 01/18/95
    A mathematics education program designed to integrate the research and education components of the mathematics community. Centered around the Summer Session, the Institute also involves a two-year program for participating high school teachers run in six geographic sites across the country. Teachers at each of the regional sites work in collaboration with faculty at Clark-Atlanta, Duke, Idaho State, Purdue, and Rice Universities and the University of Louisville. Women undergraduate and graduate students also have the opportunity to attend a Mentoring Program for Women Mathematicians at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, May 15-25, 1995.
