We are also looking for people to act as online mentors. Our idea was that when we break the teaching ideas down by topics, one of the choices under that topic would be "mentors." Perhaps we could include a form that was linked to the volunteer mentors under that topic with the e-mail message automatically going to them.
We would also value your input regarding how to break down the topics.
