Here's a piece of the spreadsheet to compute Judy's allowance. Simply enter the data into a neat table with one column each for Entertainment, Food, School Supplies, and Savings.
You can fill in your own numbers for the weekly amounts. The sum formulas in row 13 compute totals for the ten weeks.
Notice that the category titles are copied from row 1 into row 12. This will enable ClarisWorks to use these titles when you make a chart of the totals in row 13. Your chart will look a little different from this one since you will probably enter different numbers.
