Hi! Welcome to my home page. I teach high school mathematics at Germantown Academy, Fort Washington, PA, where I am presently chairperson of the Upper School Math Department.

Confession.I am a technoholic. I love how technology has enhanced the teaching and learning of mathematics. My main interests regarding the use of technology in the classroom include the Geometer's Sketchpad and Fathom software programs, the TI-83 Graphing Calculator, the Computer Based Laboratory, (CBL), and interactive projects on the internet. In addition to using the Geometer's Sketchpad extensively with my geometry classes, I have also written several Web Based Units for algebra, precalculus and calculus. My geometry classes have also been very active participants in the Math Forum internet project Geometry Problem of the Week.

I taught Advanced Placement Statistics for the first time during the 1999/2000 school year. I have compiled a Statistics Site with links to good data sets and other resources for teaching statistics.

My involvement with the internet began in the fall of 1993 at a Geometry Forum workshop at Swarthmore College. I went on to attend a one week summer institute in 1994 and was accepted to the Math Forum's Advanced Internet Institute, Constructing Math on the Internet, during the summers of 1995 and 1996.

In the Fall of 1995, I was named a

in recognition of the work I had contributed to the Math Forum site. Some of the internet projects I have developed include:Math Forum Teacher Associate
