On amazon.com, search for resource books called, NImble with Numbers:
Understanding Number Sense. These books include a ton of games that
spread across the math standards. The books are broken down into
grades levels (1&2, 3&4, etc.)

I cannot say enough about these resources. The books have ten minute
math activities for whole class. Then they have math games to do with
small groups and pairs. Everything is hands on and require problem
solving and higher level thinking skills. It is excellent to use for
your higher kids or just as an additional resource for your math
program.
