Entries here are limited to one liners. If students have made an entry, they drop it in a basket. If you find a batch with the same questions you know that you need to readdress the concept. If you have a few you can write a date and time for them to stop by. As for the rest of the journal, I think your first quiz and test scores may clue you in to which ones you need to check more often. All should have a personal note by the end of the semester.
