  You said that you are interested in any ideas that can make the
teaching of mathematics fun for children of all ages up to the end of
high school.

You may be interested in THE FUN BOOK.  It explains math in a way that
children can understand and it is fun.  You can find it on the DotMath
for Kids web site at

The children color THE FUN BOOK and then use it to learn numbers. 
There are math tools on the site you may want to look at as well.
