Secondly, you do not need a graphing calculator to solve it. For an arithmetic series, you use the formula (average of the numbers * number of integers), where the value of the average is equal to the sum of the first number and last number of the sequence divided by 2. If you want the calculator to acutally input the series into a list, look in chapter 11 page 2 of the TI-83 manual.
