1.) Try grading 3000 problems per week.
2.) Too much time is spent with the lower 15% or so of the class/
3.) Good math students are being cheated of time and challange.
4.) There is clearly not enough time on task.
5.) You'd probably be stunned how many math deficient students are in
your 6 7 and 8th grade
