Subject: Geometry or Trig first?

This is very simple. You cannot put the cart before the horse and
expect success. Geometry introduces the groundwork on triangles that
is the entire foundation of trigonometry. It would be ridiculous to
even attempt trig without geometry first, except for exceptional math
students. Students need to know all types of triangles; but
especially isosceles and rights triangles in order to have success
with trigonometry.
